Yes. All my ceramics are high fired to 1200degrees Celsius.
How should I care for my item?
All my ceramic pieces are dishwasher safe. Serving ware can be used to gently reheat food in an oven but it is not recommended for cooking or baking food. Do not use to reheat food in a microwave oven.
What happens if my item is lost by Australia Post?
I am not responsible for packages lost by Australia Post unless incorrectly addressed by me.
Please ensure that the correct information is supplied. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details being provided.
Can I return my item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me via my website. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a refund will only be issued if item is returned undamaged.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can rectify the issue
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Shipping is free for orders over $200 (after any discounts have been applied).
Once full payment has been received for your order, items will be packaged and shipped to you within one week. Please allow up to 4-8 days delivery depending on your location. Once your order is on its way to you, I will send you an email which will include a link to enable you to track the progress of the delivery.
How do you charge for international shipping?
For international orders a flat rate of A$40 will be charged at the checkout. Once I have packaged your items I will contact you if an extra payment is required. This is sometimes the case if more than one item is purchased. Where possible I will pack items in a single box but sometimes it's safer to use seperate boxes.
